Philippians 4

“Don’t be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of god, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your mind’s in Jesus Christ” (4:6-7)

 

We need to have 100% trust in God and all though that’s not always easy, God wants us to be constantly in touch with him, always praying about everything.  If God is the centre of our lives then this should be no problem to us.

 

I found this verse very helpful to me when I became a Christian. A lot of my family and friends didn’t understand why I was a Christian and I constantly had this verse to reassure me that God is there in every situation and it had a remarkable affect. God worked through relationships and broke down barriers.

 

Rejoice, rejoice, rejoice in the Lord always!
