Exodus 3 & 4

“I AM WHO I AM”

This is such a compelling statement from a living God who is so almighty and sovereign and everlasting that no words are fit to describe Him adequately.

HE IS WHO HE IS because HE IS GOD. Period.

He is unchanging.

This God, the great I AM, who previously made a covenant promise to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the same God who is miraculously speaking to Moses through a burning bush and preparing him for the immense task of leading his people out of Egypt to the promised land.

This God, the great I AM, is the same today in 2012. I love the fact that in our world where values, morals and laws change continuously He is constant – His character is unchanging and His power is eternal.

“Yesterday, today, forever, Jesus is the same.
All may change, but Jesus never. Glory to His Name!
Glory to His Name. Glory to His Name!
