Hi everyone!

My name is James Wells and I am the new intern joining Urban Junction and Ignite! I am from United States where I lived in Southeastern Ohio about halfway between Central Ohio and West Virginia in a small town called Logan. I come from a family of four with my father and mother, my younger brother, and myself.

I studied Christian Ministries at Ohio Christian University where I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in 2018 and my master’s degree in 2020.

I arrived in Ireland with my company called Serge in early June and I started at Urban Junction on August 16.

My hobbies are very diverse. You can usually find me playing tennis or watching sports on television, but I enjoy going to the cinema, fishing, and spending time with friends and family, and much more! I am very spontaneous and love to try and learn new things!

I came to Ireland after I felt God’s calling for me to go serve overseas and through much prayer and seeking, he led me to pursue ministry opportunity in Ireland for the next two years! I look forward to getting to know you all over the next couple years! I am always willing to have a chat or get some coffee or lunch so please don’t hesitate to come over and say hi and introduce yourself!

A fun fact about me is that I once played a tennis match on a court that Rafael Nadal once played on!
