Blackrock Community Men’s Shed was registered with Ireland’s Men’s Shed Association in Autumn 2016. We have multiple Shedders (members) who enjoy each other’s company and enjoy finding a challenge to work on. Projects include working to restore old school chairs and creating mosaic designs for table tops. There is always time for tea and a chat and to catch up with other Shed news from around the country in the Farmers Journal.
We’ve a new premises in Rockfield Park just beside the tennis courts and are working to set up a community garden for all ages! Take a look at our Facebook page for more information.
